Philip is the Assistant to the Head of the Litigation and Personal Injury Departments, Nigel Smith.

Philip has experience with debt recovery, and with bankruptcy and insolvency both defending and filing petitions for corporate and individual clients. He also has experience with landlord and tenant problems, building disputes, and neighbour and boundary disputes, company and partnership disputes, and planning disputes.
