Nigel has wide experience of many areas of litigation. He
has over 22 years' experience with business problems, including
shareholder, partnership and general business difficulties,
issues relating to the sale of goods, consumer credit and
all other aspects of running a business. He has an equally
long experience with intellectual property rights, patents
and trade marks including applications for, and enforcement
of, such rights.
He has special expertise in the field of landlord and tenant
law, including issues with regard to enforcement and policing
of the terms of leases; and also with construction problems
such as disputes with builders and associated professionals.
Nigel handles an increasing number of insolvency matters,
both individual and corporate, together with insurance issues
and professional negligence claims.
