Mark is an exceptional Senior Litigation Executive with more
than 25 years wide knowledge and experience of the law, having
earned his position as Head of Department in 3 areas since
joining Cartwright Cunningham Haselgrove & Co. (CCH) in
January 2002
During his career, aided by his long standing and invaluable team
of legal secretaries and support staff, Mark has specialised in matters involving:
Family Law Thousands of divorces including high profile, high value and complex
financial issues all dealt with in accordance to Resolution's code of practice and more recently
Civil partnership and pre-nuptial agreements.
Child issues to include Residence (formerly Custody), Contact (formerly Access), Prohibited Steps
Orders and Specific Issue Orders
Debt Recovery Currently acting for more than 300 Estate
Agents on a national basis securing recovery of monies owed,
involved with leading reported authority from a High Court
case over estate agent commission and the terms of marketing
agreements. Mark has also drafted various estate agent Terms
of Business to include a number of Public Limited Companies
(PLC).
A significant volume of debt recovery against private individuals
and businesses as well as mortgage repossession is
handled within the department
Personal Injury Many thousands of Claims of all types managed to date including:
Since 1983 Mark has dealt with over 35,000 accident
claims. Many high value settlements have been achieved on behalf of clients.
Change of Name Many Statutory Declarations have been drafted and sworn for adults and children.
