David has over 35 years' experience of conveyancing of all kinds, including the buying and selling of private houses, flats and commercial property, and dealing with domestic and commercial lettings on behalf of both the landlord and the tenant. He is able to advise on all aspects of property ownership and landlord and tenant matters.

David is experienced in Enfranchisement and Extensions of residential leases.

He also has very many years experience in the preparation of wills and advising on trusts and tax matters, with special expertise in the affairs of the elderly.
