Consumer litigation is a varied category of legal work but one in which we have a wide expertise. We will be happy to advise on the availability of help with legal fees in any particular circumstance.

However the matter may be funded, it is always expensive for an individual to become involved in court proceedings. Our main aim, in accordance with the Civil Justice procedure, is to try to achieve the cheapest and quickest way of resolving disputes. We actively now seek to resolve disputes by way of mediation/arbitration and other methods of alternative dispute resolution.

However, should court proceedings be necessary, we are experienced in dealing with all issues in the High Court, county courts, tribunals and arbitration forums.
