Commercial Litigation Unit

Our commercial litigators deal with a whole range of commercial law disputes, with particular expertise in property and building related litigation.

We have experience in dealing with major building arbitration cases and have for some years acted for several major financial organisations and property PLCs, successfully protecting their interests.

Away from the property field, this Unit's work covers fields as varied as trade mark and patent disputes, partnership problems, and company and shareholder disputes. We regularly act for clients who have disputes regarding their business, either with suppliers or their own partners. We are fully familiar with disputes of a company administration nature, and all director and shareholder issues.
