Our Corporate Unit can act for you on the sale or acquisition of a business, whether by way of asset or share sale, and can advise regarding the terms under which your business trades with its customers and suppliers.

We will be happy to advise on the best way to organise new businesses, such as the drafting of a partnership agreement, or the agreements between shareholders or directors.

We also handle joint ventures and franchises.

Our Corporate Unit is based at our Woodford Green office under the direction of Geoffrey Gayer.
