We deal with all aspects of business conveyancing, whether freehold or leasehold, including shops, offices, industrial and storage premises. We can draft leases for intending landlords and advise on the terms of existing leases for prospective tenants.

We have extensive experience of the law as it relates to property development, where builders, surveyors and architects each have their own role to play.
