We endorse Resolution's Code of Practice which sets out the principles of a non-confrontational approach to family law matters, leading to an agreed solution wherever possible. If agreement is not possible and court proceedings have to be issued, then our aim is to conduct proceedings in a constructive and realistic way to minimise conflict.
